Michael James

Mr. James comes to TelePacific with 25 years of telecommunications experience in customer service, training, engineering, sales and marketing. Mr. James has held positions with Cable and Wireless, Hong Kong Telecom International, Optus Communications, BellSouth Mobility, Sprint PCS and Nortel Networks. Mr. James has been involved in three service provider startups and his international experience includes England, Hong Kong, Australia, South America and the Caribbean. The diversity of his roles throughout his career has allowed Mr. James to gain expertise in the complete customer experience - Marketing, Sales, Delivery and Ownership.
