Mr. Everbach has several years of legal practice
experience at the corporate and executive levels, and was most recently
Vice President and General Counsel of Los Angeles Cellular Telephone
Company (1990 - 1999). Prior to that he was Executive Vice President,
Secretary and General Counsel of Ticor (1984 - 1990). Mr. Everbach
is admitted to practice law in California and Kentucky and is a
graduate of Princeton University (B.A. 1958) and the Duke University
School of Law (J.D. 1961). He is a member of the Executive Committee
of the Corporate Law Departments Section ("CLDS") of the
Los Angeles County Bar Association and of the Board of Governors
of the Institute for Corporate Counsel, a joint project of the Law
School of the University of Southern California and the CLDS. Originally
from Louisville, Ky, he and his wife, Patsy, have made their home
in Northridge, California since 1976. At TelePacific, he is responsible
for providing and managing the legal resources needed by the company,
including Regulatory Affairs and Investor Relations.
