At TelePacific, Ms. Young has established the Integration Program Management Office
for the integration functions of Mpower into TelePacific. In this role she is responsible
for integration planning support, documentation, program management and providing the
necessary tools for the integration teams.
Prior to joining TelePacific, Ms. Young led NuVox’s Information Technology team with overall
responsibility for the integration of NuVox Communications and NewSouth Communications.
Prior to leading this integration effort, she served as Chief Information Officer for NuVox for three years.
Ms. Young has an impressive 20-year track record of providing leadership, project management, and quality
and process improvement. She has worked in the telecommunications, medical, financial, and aerospace
industries. Her experience includes tenure with Digital Access, Inc., XO Communications, FHP Healthcare,
and Southern Pacific Telecommunications. In her career, Josephine has successfully led many high profile,
business-critical projects by building teams, creating internal partnerships, and guiding professionals
in setting and achieving goals.
Ms. Young received her B.B.S. in MIS at George Washington University and a M.B.A at Wichita State University.
She graduated summa cum laude from both programs. She attended Arizona State University for her Doctoral Studies
in business process re-engineering and software development methodologies.
