Mr. Shipley joins TelePacific from Mpower Communications with more than 20 years of experience in the industry and has overall responsibility for TelePacific’s switching, engineering of the network and the Network Operations Center (NOC) In addition he will lead the Wholesale line of business. At Mpower’s he served as President of Wholesale and Chief Network Services and before that as Mpower’s New Technology Officer. Prior to joining Mpower Mr. Shipley held several leadership positions with Global Crossing and Frontier Corporation including service, operations, engineering, technology, construction, sales and business-development groups. His career also includes various positions at Rochester Telephone Corporation.

Mr. Shipley holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a MBA with a concentration in Operations Management from the University of Rochester.
