This document contains the regulations and
rates (Price List) applicable to the provision of Interstate
and International Message Telecommunications Services (MTS)
as defined herein, by U.S. TelePacific Corp. d/b/a TelePacific
Communications (TelePacific). The rates and regulations contained
in this Price List, together with the terms and conditions
in TelePacific's written Service Agreement, set forth the
rates, terms and conditions under which TelePacific will provide
Interstate and International Long Distance Services.

OUTBOUND INTERSTATE LONG DISTANCE |

DESCRIPTION
The following rate plans are assigned in conjunction with
Business Lines, Flex-T1 Bundles, SuperTrunk, Voice Only PRI
or Switched Long Distance. Interstate long distance rates
are billed in initial increments of thirty (30) seconds and
six (6) second increments thereafter. Detail is provided on
the bill.
