California Teleconnect Fund (CTF)
The CTF is a California state program that provides discounts on selected telecommunications services to qualifying schools, libraries, government-owned and operated hospitals and health clinics, and community based organizations.

E-Rate
E-Rate is a federally funded program in which the Schools and Libraries Program of the Universal Service Fund makes discounts available to eligible schools and libraries for telecommunication services and Internet access.
