Using Multi-link Point to Point Protocol, TelePacific is able to combine or “bond” two or three T1s together to provide a throughput of either 3.0 or 4.5 Mbps of bandwidth.

SmartVoice Trunking Dynamic BandwidthWith voice and data integrated on the bonded service, SmartVoice detects when the voice channels are not in use and automatically allocates those channels to data bandwidth. This means that as your voice needs fluctuate throughout the day, your data bandwidth adjusts to capitalize on the available capacity. Moreover, your voice traffic is prioritized so that your business gets the maximum utilization and value from its SmartVoice service while ensuring the highest quality of service for your voice traffic.

How SmartVoice Works

Choose Your Voice Service

  • Our Trunks offer the power and performance of high-speed digital networking to meet today’s business needs. This high capacity, end-to-end digital connection allows for 12 or more simultaneous calls and a total of 36 channels for voice access.
  • Our Voice Only PRI offers you a T1 circuit that allows for 12 or more simultaneous calls with a total of 34 channels available for voice services.
  • The last channel on the service allows for faster connects and disconnects on calls, which saves time and money.

With SmartVoice get up to 20,000 outbound minutes of usage included per month. Certain restrictions apply.

OneCentral

An online service portal that allows you to examine your bill, generate custom views, and access tools for performing indepth statement analysis with downloadable content.

Fax Central

Three fax-to-email boxes. Access faxes anywhere you access email. There are no busy signals when people try to fax you, and confidential faxes go straight to your email box.

IP Addresses

16 IP addresses standard. But we offer up to 256 IP addresses based on utilization at no additional charge.

Email Hosting

Email hosting for up to 100 email boxes with 200 Mbps of disk space available. Need more? Email boxes and additional disk space are available a la carte.

Domain Name

Domain Name Services (DNS) and reverse DNS services including domain name transfer, hosting, and registration for one domain name at no additional charge.

Caller ID

Caller ID provides visibility to inbound caller information necessary for call screening and screen pop-up applications.

DIDs

100 Direct Inward Dial (DID) numbers. Give each employee their own number so that customers, prospects, suppliers, and employees can dial each other directly. Eliminate the need for all inbound calls to go through a receptionist.
