  5. Invoice accuracy:  CSM’s scrutinize invoices to ensure accurate billing and proactively make corrections when an error is detected. 

  6. Support, provisioning, and repair:  Weekly meetings are held as necessary to resolve chronic issues and optimize trouble resolution.
