California Teleconnect Fund (CTF)
The CTF is a California state program that provides discounts on selected telecom services to qualifying schools, libraries, government-owned and operated hospitals and health clinics, and community based organizations. Please refer to the CTF website for instructions on how to apply for the program.
E-Rate is a federally funded program in which the Schools and Libraries Program of the Universal Service Fund makes discounts available to eligible schools and libraries for telecom services and Internet access. Please refer to the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) Schools and Libraries Department website for instructions on how to apply for the program and the regulations regarding this process.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure adherence to program rules, in particular those concerning the bidding process initiated by submitting the Form 470 (Description of Services Request and Certification Form). You must receive a bid from TelePacific pursuant to a Form 470 before submitting a Form 471 (Services Ordered and Certification Form) to USAC requesting funding for services provided by TelePacific.
